ENTRANCE AND ROOM DOORS

To create an entrance door, a panel must be created with a thickness of at least 46 cm.

Methods for creating a panel include:

• Two pieces of 6-mm thick plywood with a three-layered 34-mm thick pine panel. The finish of the door is carried out according to requirements (veneer, polishing varnish or Formica). This panel is 100% solid and provides especially good insulation against noise.
• The second panel (which is not as recommended but is the more inexpensive option) is made from two 4-mm thick MDF panels or, in the best case scenario, 6-mm thick plywood with flush board filling. This method provides an especially low level of insulation against noise.
